Hello Friend Google question and I have best answer of your question.. 

Last two, three days everyone suffering this problem, when anybody want to Google.com it’s automatic redirect in country search engine. 

Use this link for open Google.Com 
http://www.google.com/ncr 
This link will open Google.com
